Where are your products shipped from?

The Heights and The Hills is based in Los Angeles, California.

Can I expedite my shipping?

At this time we only offer standard shipping.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How long will it take me to get my order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Due to production limitations as a result of COVID-19, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order. Orders can be tracked via the tracking number included with your order's shipping confirmation or the Shop app

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, and we can't wait for you to have it! This is why we will be sure to send you a confirmation email when you place an order, and notify you via email when your order ships. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

How do I return my order?

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Approximate product size information has been attached as the last photo slide for each product.
